To install go to your steam folder and create a folder called "skins" if it doesn't exist. Then in that folder drop fluent for steam folder. Last step restart steam And go to parameters, look for the interface section and thus change the skin default to fluent for steam It will ask you to reboot. Do it and you will be ready

How do i install this? Whenever i place the files in the steam folder it just updates and removes them
