For the save to work properly, you'll need all DLC's and these mods:

These, along with a variety of other parking lot, park, and industrial ‘filler’ assets.

Got it running in the end. There are some missing\broken roads, tracks, connections and the population is leaving by the thousands but nothing rewatching the videos can't fix. For those having issues getting it to run, try selecting "Try to recover from missing networks" in the Loading Screen Mod. I also uninstalled Tree Anarchy (not sure if that helped or made things worse, but it runs).

There's apparently a specific mod that causes issues called 'More Citizen Units 1.1.3' that is the major cause of issues. It might be necessary to install in order to run the save, but ideally try to run the save WITHOUT that mod as it's quite buggy

Hi, I'm having the same issue as Travis, it tells me, I'm missing assets than crash.

Those assets should just disappear on load so there'd be some gaps here and there, at least that's what happens to me when I go to checkout other peoples city saves. It doesn't load for you though?

Hi inorder to load your save properly , it requires you provide all the assets you have used in the save for us to download . otherwise we cant load your save
