Yeah, gotta start hitting them with complications soon, or the story will die from lack of conflict. I probably will end up posting one more, shorter chapter of Ice Pie while I'm working on No Promises. This chapter ran so long I didn't include everything I intended, so I need one more bit with Anya. Then I move to a cluster of chapters from other character's viewpoints, which will take some extra effort and time to get right, and I'll be thinking about while I also do No Promises.

I really enjoyed this second draft. I really liked the Stella Star at the very end. It's really interesting how plugging a smart adult mind into Anya really makes the Forger family into the perfect family. So good man. I really wish you weren't putting this on pause. But it is what it is I guess. I'm happy for this revision as a last bit for a while, at the very least.
