Thursday there was an explosion at a Russian Nuclear Site in Siberia. The explosion I saw was a nuke.

Well, official reports would never admit a problem until it's undeniable. So, if they re-do the sarcophagus, which was very expensive, there has to be a problem.
Not yet, true....so let's hope they do manage to contain the problem and that there will be no need for klaxons and alarms. But Dick's ability is astonishing.
I would not classify this as a complete hit since there is no high pressure, alarms, or klaxons at the site. I would keep looking for a better match on this prediction ( while hoping there isn’t one).
