HQ UPDATE 12/9/19
🕑 Added 2019-12-10 00:31:28 +0000 UTCGood evening folks. So another week closer to the end of the year and 2020. I can't believe how fast it's gone. Last week we had the FOAM crypto go out, another part of the DeFi Network. Dick and our friend had a little one on one about it for the Founders.
Tomorrow is PART II of the BIG PICTURE with Dick, Dennis and our Friend. He's been quite talkative these days, I wonder why? There are several new discussions coming, I don't suppose something has hit a bit of a nerve with him and he's talking. Maybe we're closer than we think? Hmmm...

Amish LIPO C
No blender or electric needed, just a mason jar.
Take a one quart mason jar and add in:
7 TBS of sunflower lecithin powder
3 TBS vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid)
Recap and shake jar to mix the dry powders together.
Then add 3 cups distilled water,
Recap and shake vigorously.
Add 1 tbs c60 or vegetable glycerin, reshake and leave on counter overnight.
Next morning shake for 30 seconds, and viola fully liposomed Vitamin C. Good for 10 days in the fridge.
Even tested it with the water and baking soda method. Barely any foam, indicating its about 85-90 liposomed encapsulated. No need for expensive ultrasonic or complicated systems.
VITAMIN C BENEFITS
Your body can only absorb as much oral Vitamin C as your limited number of nutrient transporters can carry — from the digestive system to the bloodstream, and then from the bloodstream to the cells.
The amount of non-liposomal Vitamin C absorbed in the blood decreases dramatically as the dose size increases. Of a 20 mg dose, 19 mg (98%) can be absorbed. Of a 12,000 mg dose, only 16% (1,920 mg) is absorbed, with all that excess causing some major gastric distress when it leaves the body.
Vitamin C is water-soluble, so your body can’t store any excess when it gets left behind in either the blood or the digestive system. That’s why so much of the vitamin content from pills, powders, and even foods is passed as waste. And where it gets abandoned dictates the way your body passes it.

Hi, wanted to make this observation here. I ordered c60 from SES research and I started taking it 5 days ago. I was starting to get a cold 2 days ago... STARTING (you know that first day feeling) and I always know when I’m getting a cold too, I get same symptoms, lots of sneezing, runny nose, fogginess, a few aches. Well...my colds always get worse and last about 7-10 days at the least. Today I woke up and I feel like it’s just about completely gone! I’m very surprised and I’m wondering if it’s the c60 I’ve been taking for the past week? Could it work that fast?!? Amazing if so!!

SES research for C60. They are the original producers from whom most other companies are buying it - therefore good quality and cheaper.
Btw...I was looking in one of Joseph McMoneagle's remote viewing book, The Ultimate Time Machine: A Remote Viewers Perception of Time, and Predictions for the New Millennium and he had many major earthquake predictions registering between at least 8.5 to 8.8. There was one for Los Angeles between 2013 and 2015 but he says plus or minus 5 years....so 2020...perhaps Los Angeles will get hit next year as the remote viewing project showed.

I used Purple Power C60 in Avacado oil two years ago and loved it. I have switched to SES Labs olive oil C60 as it is so much less expensive. It is hard for me to tell the difference between the two as my body is not a sensitive to the changes now. I have been purchasing my Liposomal Vit C from Looking Vibrant and it seems to work yet is expensive so I am loving this information just shared.

I have been taking the live on labs liposomal vitamin C and have not noticed any real benefit from it. I actually got a really bad cold while I was on it and it didn’t seem to help one bit. I’m not saying it’s not beneficial or doesn’t work for others but for me it didn’t seem to do anything. 😞 I have been on it for a little over three months. I don’t think I will buy another months worth ...just my two cents. Yes it is water soluble and hence is peed out constantly. Not stored in fat. Been taking liposomal bit c for awhile. The only way to take it. Must be linked to fat molecule for absorption.
Do not eat sugar unless in fruit form. It will cause disease. Just organic meat, vegetables, and fruit. Sourcing my meat from local farmers.
also on Vit. C, from what I hear you need to take it about every 8 hours, to keep it in your system. I am doing that everyday as a " Cancer Preventative " because I smoke and from all I have heard from " Uncle Clif " High as far as Cancer
