Folks you might have misinterpreted the B6 recommendation Clif High gave: High dose B6 can quell a cytokine storm, yes. High Dose B6 given over long periods of time BEFORE the virus hits you will however DEPRESS your immune system and that is NOT what you want. Basically you would start taking high dose B6 only after you get sick. Please take another look at his video and if I am wrong correct me.
