To be precise, looking back, Clif had a specific target value of $13888. Clif's data brought in other target values also that ended in 888.
$13880 was the height of 2019 too. So Cliff high saw that number as being significant BECAUSE it would go up and down around it several times. People discounted his prediction becuase it went straight past it in 2017on the way to $20,000 but since then it's been a significant number on the retracement and rebuild.
It's now Oct 27 and Bitcoin is right around $13,800. Good Call!!!
Target on 13800 reminds me of Cliff Highs Alta report of target 13888. Interesting.
