Thanks. 1) The MC needs to get a striptease during his first visit at the House of Joy. You then need to tell Neela to wait (and not to leave without the MC). Off-screen, Joy will then suggest Neela to become a dancer. 2) When Neela suggests to earn some money, after the MC gets told to pay 2 silver thaler a day, agree to it. 3) Talk to Neela in her room during the afternoon of day 3. Suggest her to fight at the pit in the evening. If she had the talk with Joy on day 1, she'll bring up, that she also could work as a dancer. You can then choose to have her fight or dance. As a side-note, this is the earliest way to get her to dance and is only possible, if you don't further the MC's relationship with Neela (yet). There will be other ways to get her to dance later, so if you want to build a relationship with Neela, early on, it's not the way to go.
