He means when the candle on the chart closes. It indicates the price at the end of the selling period (daily, hourly etc).

+How do you determine close when the currency trades 24/7?
Closing is determined by the time scale you're are viewing the chart at. For example, if you are on a 1hr scale, every candle on the chart represents the trading done for 1 hour. The open is what it was at the beginning of the hour and close is what the price is at the end. Viewing a chart on a Daily time scale everything works the same, except that now each candle represents a full day.

Yes, I don't understand a close reference for crypto's. What would be the closing time in PST.
Could Marty please elaborate on what he means by close. It is my understanding Bitcoin trading goes 24/7 and never really closes trading.
