I love Michael's passion in this recording!
I agree with Michael, when he gave advise on whether to manage a 150 person community. Unless you plan to start something that resembles a cult, it would be difficult if not impossible to set up a governance. Hell... even after Moses split the Red Sea, he still needed Commandments inscribed from "GOD" to govern an unruly set of people.
