Honestly more on the side of this didn’t need to be a sequel, I get rtd doesn’t want to write a similar story but the rules were completely different to the midnight entity. It didn’t need to be flat out a sequel if they left hints it’d be a cool theory for people to make and then if people do so it’s similar it just adds for a fun thing for people to think about. But overall really like the episode it was scary, the monster acc had rules, which were laid out in hints from the start instead of some magical resolution. Plus we had a set of characters from the start which allowed us to get so much dialogue to build on those characters that made what happens to them feel so much more real.

If the BBC didn’t copyright claim everytime you use a milisecond of doctor who footage I’d probably already be working on it, it’s super demoralising to work on something for months and then make no money at all. Once I’m in a position when I can definitely afford to not make ad revenue for like 4-5 months then I’ll get on it for sure!
