RE: Neck... Multiple B Vitamin Daily Supplements, plenty of good meat with good fat to regenerate cholesterol nerve sheaths, small pillow, slow neck exercises

Crypto's are dropping we need Dick and Martee to come in and go over the charts.

Dick - try several sessions on an inversion table to help stretch out your neck and vertebrae and see an acupuncturist for the numbness and vertigo. They both should help.

My exact sentiment. I would wait until december the earliest. Or January.

LOVE YOU DICK

hi dick, if theres a 50-60% drop coming with... well every thing in the world right now and not to mention black swan type events; are those buy targets even worth it right now? why buy now when theres a good chance things go lower?

LOL, I bought all these way higher before the drop. I have to wait a long time for it to get back up but its ok I bought originally 2012 and then invested again 2017. Im good.

Dick Try acupuncture on your neck

Dick I wonder if Stem cell therapy would help your neck (it would need to be done outside of the USA, cuz ... long story

There are a lot of thoughtful, compassionate people on this Patreon board. SO much constructive advice headed towards Dick in this posting. Also, this is advice is coming from people with professional and personal experience (sometimes both!). What's better than that.

Hi Dick Sending you prayers for healing 🙏🏽❤️.I’m going out on a limb here so please bear with me! I’m just a little confused . Cervical degeneration +/- nerve compression wouldn’t account for weakness and numbness in your legs . The lumbar/ spinal vertebrae innervate the lower body. Did the vertigo and the leg symptoms start at the same time ?? One leg or 2 , If both is it at the same time ??? Does it occur with exercise - more in fitting with a circulation issue rather than spinal. I’m always careful interpreting investigations - I feel if an MRI was carried out on anyone over 40 there would be a degree of degeneration - whether that’s contributing to your new symptoms or not ??? If you don’t investigate you don’t find out - I feel the MRI served it’s purpose in excluding a brain tumour which was your primary concern. Perhaps consider routine bloods to exclude a biochemical cause for lower leg peripheral neuropathy eg thyroid disease, B12, calcium, diabetes etc. A good physician should be able to help you with this. Also spike protein shedding is presenting with very bizarre symptoms ……Apologies if I’ve misunderstood or thrown confusion on the issue. If the last 2 years have taught me anything it is to question everything - especially where health is concerned ! Good luck 🙏🏽
