Possibly the best talk ever on diet: https://nutritionfacts.org/video/uprooting-the-leading-causes-of-death/ Saw a while back around 99% of cows have a blood virus/cancer, maybe there are more than one, but look up Bovine (BLV) if interested, they really don't or did not know the effect on humans.
Dick is vegan? That's great! I try to eat mostly plant based for health.
