Ryzens normally utilize the temperature headroom provided by negative CO settings to boost higher - resulting in better scores (mostly) but not less temperature

Interesting and weird that a negative PBO curve would still require pretty good cooling instead of a typical HSF to be made stable. With power going down heat should go down to. Are they just extra sensitive to heat at low volts? I'd assume it'd be due to die stacking somehow but have no clue why...
