i gotta echo kitty's comment about the lights. and the ambient static is so wonderful when combined with your low whispers. my brain is floating... :) do you need background noise to sleep or perfect quiet? Wondering if most ASMR-listeners need noise to sleep or not.

I've been loving the way you incorporate lights recently, the little lights and the light wands as well as the moving lights in the background. For some reason I find the setting with the colorful lights immediately relaxing and I always fall asleep fast
