And A Happy New Year

In less sexy news, I've failed in my rather lofty goal of finishing The Weekend by the end of the year. But it was always a bit of a long shot, unless I wanted to add some bad ends where Casey is unceremoniously killed off. So onward we go, and unless I get hit by a bus I will definitely finish the game this year. I've very much enjoyed working on it and I still have plenty of ideas, but part of me can't wait for it to be finished. It's at ~325k words with 2219 passages, which is way more than I ever planned. But it turns out this story is way more complicated, emotional, and investing than I thought. Which can only be a good thing, right?
So as we enter the new year I wanted to send out a sincere, heartfelt thank you to all my patrons. You guys! I know my updates are more sporadic than is best to maximize my patronage (or whatever), but honestly I'm okay with that. I know the people that keep donating are the ones who literally just want to support me, and aren't looking for some sort of mercenary transaction system with crazy tiers of complicated rewards and whatever else. So thank you.
With that said, if there's anything you guys would like to see more of going forward, don't hesitate to reply here or send me a PM. Personally, I'd like to post more art and questions along the lines of the game engine discussion a while back.

Just did one play through of the weekend. Loving the game and art so far. Also I played thin walls and I loved the game!

I started playing this game just the other day and I must say that it is such a surprisingly pleasant game to play. (I say surprisingly because while I love story I'm usually looking for more up front sex.) The way you get me, a man, to really feel like I can experience it from a woman's perspective is fantastic. You put so much detail behind the different sensations, emotions, and especially the reasons behind them, that my mind was blown. You do an amazing job of fleshing the characters out and I cant wait for more. On my first playthrough I absolutely loved both scenes of Amelia guiding you through the sexual acts and her words and descriptions had me pretty damn excited. On the other hand the whole party scene and the first lesbian experience plus the truth and dare game and the threesome after... Wow.
