the sleep clinic was ok, although i don't have too much to say about it. a strange experience i'd rather not repeat. another long wait for the results now 🥲 i was feeling alright about it all when i first came home, but it's catching up to me a little this afternoon.
i'm not sure i have too much else to say, although i suppose i covered most if in the video! wishing you all a restful weekend 🕯️

I’m glad you were finally able to get the sleep study over with and that the rings is doing what it needs to do in keeping you afloat!!! The teeny weeny a7 rings in a6 hobonichi is. Adorable. And I imagine perfect for even just scratch notes

I needed this today! ..in singularity news, also waiting to crack open my Sora calendar, 1/2 way thru Shadow of Night, and currently debating whether to do S11 or not 🤝 ...but am finally gearing up to move into the A5 inserts this weekend after 5 months of liminal custom size existence - it has been fun but time for a change! Glad to hear things are going okayish - bummer about the wait, but you are one step closer to the truth! 🕵🏻♀️ ...they say its out there!
