Fun fact: only trip I lost weight on was the US trip, because the food there made me sick
🕑 Added 2017-08-07 00:59:00 +0000 UTC I feel like this picture is quite appropriate to how the food in America made me feel like 90% of the time. I'm not sure why, but my stomach just really didn't take it well AT ALL. I suspect also the water since it tasted very strongly of chlorine. I had stomach pains quite regularly, especially right after eating. Only time I felt alright was when Susu took me out for Sushi. Hm...Anyways when I came back, I had actually lost a few pounds!
Also what surprised me in the US was the amount of catcalling, that NEVER happens to me in Europe or Asia, so I was very shocked by how on numerous occasions men would try to chat me up or even follow me, despite the fact that I was wearing the baggiest clothing I could find!?

I also never realised how different America was from Europe and Asia until I was there! Quite a culture shock for me :/ If you have any specific questions for me I would also be happy to answer them :) I hope that next year I will go to the east coast! Food quality is a lot lower overall, how the servers were overly nice and asking so many questions also freaked me out honestly, I'm quite introverted and don't want to be disturbed when I am eating. Tip culture also was annoying since I wasn't used to it and sometimes forget it, and was worried about coming across as rude as a result. Seeing so many different ethnicities in one place also surprised me and was interesting to observe. What I do like about the US would be the landscape as well :)

LoL xD Like I told you before, you are beautiful and even with the most horrible clothes, your face is still there LoL... I went to México once and they use different ingredients in their food, so spicy, tasty, but spicy LoL yeah... That didn't end well xD
