🕑 Added 2025-11-11 01:31:08 +0000 UTCThe vid that started it all has been removed in some territories, including the US, due to copyright which can't be easily worked around without butchering an early part of the vid (I'd need to remove the Bill Hicks clip entirely). I will investigate potential fixes when I have time, but in the interim, or if those fixes are unworkable, here it is for Patrons.
Same applies to commentary, I'll get that fixed soon too.
Quick Update while I'm here: Kendhammer on Patreon by end of Nov is still looking on pace (touch wood) - I will keep you all posted if anything changes closer to the time :)

It's on the definitely some day list, but because I'm very "one and done" with my coverage of cases, I'm waiting to see what happens with Wendi. If it becomes apparent she's very unlikely to ever be charged, then I'll push it up to the front of the line. If she is charged I'll wait til the conclusion of that trial as that should be the real ending of the Markel case.

Ooh I haven’t seen this one before!! Yay! Are you doing a Donna/Charlie Adelson video? I watched tens of hours of trial and am desperate for a quality recap video (ie one from you cuz you’re the best in the biz) that I can send people instead of the nearly 100 hour Emily D Baker playlist. I don’t know why but they find that a turnoff.
