I just felt like I could do a lot more writing on the guitar then on the bass. On the bass I've mostly been doing my best Les claypool impression and I wanted to have my own thing. Also, I do think my 8 string is very much inspired by the Rainbow bass. A big piece of furniture with too man strings on it.

Hanging out with Davie here was very cool, the museum was awesome and it was especially cool to see Davie off camera haha

So that reverb when davie says bass is real?! I always thought he added it in post but it must be the bass gods adding it in life

Something I can't help but wonder: as Rob is obviously so influenced by Primus - how come guitar is the main focus rather that bass?
