Language Tools Tutorial

Going forward, I have a backlog of features I want to add in Language Tools:
- a breakdown feature, which breaks down a foreign language sentence into the different components
- text processing before generating audio (word replacement, regular expression processing, etc)
- more flexibility on choice of voices
- and other things.
