Going directly to a babysitting job from school and volleyball practice was a challenge for Monserrat. For one thing, it meant carting around three outfits, at the minimum. After changing out of her athleisure outfit for classes, into her skimpy volleyball uniform, then into a pantsuit for babysitting, she felt like a variety show girl. Every skit is a new costume and a new character, Monserrat chuckled to herself.
A more daunting hurdle was that Monserrat refused to compromise on her volleyball practice for her job. Consequently, she was tired and sore before she arrived at the client’s house. Adult babysitting wasn’t a low-energy job, not the way Monserrat did it. The evening’s job was for a Little girl who could be a handful if the mood struck her.
The client’s door opened before the sound of the doorbell had faded. A short, dark-haired girl flung the door open with an excited expression on her face. Fabiola was wearing a Victoria’s Secret PINK tee and matching sweatpants. A ruffle of plastic peaked out Fabiola’s waistband. Monserrat wondered if Nick – Fabi’s daddy – had diapered her in anticipation of Monserrat’s visit, or if Fabiola was in diapers full-time. Nick kept pushing Fabi toward twenty-four-seven diapers, but it’d been a tough sell thus far.
Like a light switch, Fabiola’s expression flipped to a sour frown upon seeing Monserrat. “Oh, it’s you.”
“Hello to you too, Fabi.” Monserrat stepped inside and closed the door behind her without waiting for an invitation. “I thought we were better friends than that.”
“We’re not friends! You’re the babysitter that Da – Nick calls when he works late. I don’t even need a babysitter. You can go if you want. I’ll tell Nick you did whatever so you still get paid.” Fabiola crossed her arms over her chest. Behind her scowl, her eyes had a teary-shine to them, and her pouty lip was quivering.
“Are we still doing this? You were a good girl for me the last time I babysat you.” Monserrat pulled Fabiola into a hug. Fabi refused to hug back, keeping her arms crossed – which made her a bony lump in Monserrat’s arms. A quick waistband-check of Fabi’s diaper prompted the Little girl to stomp her feet.
She’s on the edge of a tantrum, Monserrat thought with a sigh. For the first time on a babysitting job, she wanted to turn around and walk out the door. It’d mean no more babysitting jobs from Nick – but Monserrat had plenty of clients, and Nick hadn’t been much of a referral source.
Dropping the job would give Monserrat precious hours more with Jenna and Jenny. She might even have time to watch a show with her other girlfriends, like a regular person. Monserrat was shocked at how tempted she was to bail on the job. I’m not a quitter. Fabi’s not my fiancé, but she needs me too. Something has her really upset.
“Fabi, can you tell me what’s wrong?” Monserrat moved to the living room, pulling Fabiola with her. Sitting on the couch’s armrest put Monserrat’s face level with Fabiola’s.
“I told you! I don’t need a babysitter, and I don’t want you to babysit me tonight even if I did need one. Nobody listens to me!”
Monserrat stroked Fabiola’s cheek tenderly. “Sweetheart, if that was really true, you know you could safeword.”
“Shut up. I hate you.” Fabiola pulled her face away from Monserrat’s hand and glowered at her feet.
I so don’t need this right now. Monserrat took a deep breath and counted to ten. “I know you don’t like it when I talk about the game we’re playing together, but I think I have to tonight. You’re either fishing for a big spanking, but being a jerk about it, or something is really bothering you. I think it’s the second one.”
“I’m not trying to – I didn’t mean to hurt you. I shouldn’t have said I hate you.” Tears dripped onto Fabi’s thin pink tee.
“Whatever’s upsetting you doesn’t have anything to do with me, does it?” Monserrat smiled gently when Fabiola shook her head, and lightly tugged at the Little girl’s hands. “Then why don’t you let me give you a proper hug?”
Sniffling, tear-damp, and snotty, Fabiola flopped her arms around Monserrat and buried her face in her babysitter’s shoulder. Monserrat gave silent thanks to the super-washable material of her pantsuit, for taking the hit from yet another snotty Little girl.
Monserrat put her arms around Fabiola slowly, giving the Little girl every chance to pull away if she so desired. When Fabiola pressed closer, instead, Monserrat squeezed the diapered girl tightly. A few more sniffles and a hiccup from Fabiola marked the end of her tears.
“Tell your babysitter what’s the matter, baby girl.” Monserrat scooped Fabiola into her lap and laid the Little girl’s head on her chest.
“I’m in diapers all the time now. Ni – Daddy says no more panties. No pullups even!”
“You two have talked about that for a while, but it hasn’t happened until now. What changed?”
“I dunno – I just said yes.”
“Did Nick wear you down? Do you need someone’s help talking to him?”
“No.” Fabiola blushed and mashed her face into Monserrat’s chest. Whatever she said next was lost to the sound-absorbing properties of Monserrat’s bosom.
“Let’s try that again. What did you say?” Monserrat gently pried Fabi’s face away from her boobs.
“I said that I did it because I like it.” Fabiola pouted up at Monserrat. “Monchi! You’re ruining the game today.”
“Silly girl, don’t you know that my first job as your babysitter is to keep you safe?” Monserrat was worried she’d been too sweet – Fabiola looked like she was going to cry again. Thankfully, Fabi relaxed and laid her cheek on Monserrat’s chest.
“You’d even keep me safe from Daddy?”
“Yes, sweetheart. When I’m here, I won’t let anything hurt you.”
“I don’t have any friends who can visit.”
“Is that because they stopped being friends with you, or because you’re embarrassed to be in diapers around them?”
“Diapers.” Fabiola sighed heavily.
“I could help with that too. We could try bringing one of your friends over on a day when I’m here. You’d pick whichever friend you think would be the most understanding.”
“Daddy is supposed to be here all the time! He was going to work from home, but he isn’t. He’s working late more and more and – Monchi, I like you but it’s not the same. I know you like me but you’re paid to be here. You’re not Daddy.”
“Your daddy might not have a choice about where he works, or how long.” Monserrat stroked Fabiola’s back. “What do you think about my friend idea?”
“No, they’ll be mean. I’d rather not see them than have them be mean.” Fabiola clutched at Monserrat’s jacket. “I wish I had friends that wear diapers.”
Fabi isn’t the first client I would have picked to introduce to Jenny. I hope my Little girl was serious when she suggested coming on one of my jobs. “I have a Little girl of my own. Her name is Jenny. Would you want to play with her sometime?”
“Nuh uh, you do? Can she come over tonight?” Nervousness and excitement warred on Fabiola’s face.
“She’s at home with her own babysitter.” That might be true, actually. I wonder how much our girlfriends are going to get into caregiving. “I’d have to ask her first. You’d have to promise to be nice to her as well. She’s very shy.”
“I’m shy too!” Fabiola looked indignant. Reflecting back to her first job with Fabi, Monserrat had to agree with the Little girl. Maybe Fabi and Jenny would be a better match than I thought at first.
“You can be. Sometimes you can be bratty, though. Things were pretty rough between us when I got here. If you behaved like that with Jenny, you’d make her cry.” And she’d never want to come on a job again.
“I wouldn’t! Please ask her. I like that Nick is Daddy and – everything, even though I complain. Being in diapers all the time makes things lonely, though.”
“I promise I’ll talk to her about it. Now, while I can’t fix you being lonely all the time, I can fix it for tonight. That’s why your daddy sent me over here. Do you feel better enough that we can stop talking about the game and get to playing?”
Fabiola nodded, sitting up and stretching. “What are you gonna make me for dinner?”
“Before we worry about that, you need a diaper and an outfit change.”
“You’re not going to make me wear baby stuff are you?”
“You bet I am. I’ve been looking forward to dolling you up like a little baby. I think you need a really thick diaper too, so that you won’t need a change until bedtime.” Monserrat stood, hefting Fabiola onto her hip for transport to the changing room.
“I don’t want to wear baby stuff! Put me in pretty clothes, for big girls!”
“What’s that? On top of baby clothes and a big diaper, you need a spanking too?”
Monserrat put the “reluctant” Little girl on her changing table and stripped Fabiola of her sweats and diaper. The glimpse she caught of the diaper-pail’s contents confirmed that Fabiola had been diapered continuously for a few days at least – and had used them for everything.
That’s another thing to warn Jenny about. I hope Fabi isn’t getting her hopes up too much. Then again, I could ask one of my other clients if they’d like to spend an evening with another diaper girl. I get paid twice that way, too.
Though Fabiola was a good girl for the rest of the evening – by Fabi standards anyway – Monserrat was exhausted when the Little girl’s bedtime arrived. Between cooking dinner, carrying the small-yet-adult girl, and staying cheery in the face of Fabiola’s constant requests for attention, Monchi had hit her limit.
Nick would have caught Monserrat dozing on the couch when he came home, if his car’s engine hadn’t been so loud. As it was, Monserrat was barely awake for handing Fabiola off to her daddy. On the drive home, Monserrat cranked up her stereo and set the AC to blow frigid air in her face. Those measures got Monserrat home in one piece, though she still caught her eyes closing at stoplights.
I still have homework, and I know Jenna will want to be Little. She was looking forward to it so much at lunch. Monserrat lurched up the steps to her house, intent on reaching the kitchen and its precious supply of canned coffee drinks in the fridge.
The kitchen smelled amazingly of garlic, chilis, and beef. Monserrat’s stomach let out a growl that would have frightened off a full-grown jaguar. Jenna was standing in front of the oven in her usual t-shirt and jeans, with a cute apron over the top.
“Monchi! You’re right on time. I made barbacoa enchiladas for us. They’re ready in two minutes.”
Monserrat hugged her fiancé in wonder. It didn’t matter that Jenna had pronounced enchiladas as ehn-chai-lad-ahs. Jenna’s kindness was water in the desert. Though she’d cooked a meal, the kitchen was spotless. The floors were swept and mopped, and the cabinets shone with a sheen from the dusting spray.
Deep-cleaning the kitchen was my chore for tomorrow. Monserrat’s limbs trembled – Jenna squeaked. Belatedly, Monserrat released her girlfriend from a crushing grip.
“Careful, I’m fragile.” Jenna grinned and went up on tiptoes to kiss Monserrat. “How was work and practice? Did you have to meet with your coach?”
“Oh shit – I forgot to text him.” Monserrat fumbled her phone out of her pocket and blinked as Jenna smoothly took it out of her hands.
“No phone, you’re exhausted. Go sit at the dinner table, I’ll bring the food out.” Jenna stared a dumbfounded Monserrat down, stamping her foot much more cutely than Fabiola had. “I said go!”
“Yes ma’am.” Reflexively, Monserrat turned back toward the mud room to grab her school bag. Jenna herded her back toward the table and forced Monserrat to sit. Once sitting, Monserrat found it impossible to get up. She had barely enough energy to admire the nicely set table while Jenna brought out a casserole dish.
The enchiladas looked like they’d become more of a casserole during cooking than nicely rolled tubes, but they smelled authentic. It didn’t matter much how they were constructed anyway, Monserrat ate like a starving wolf. Jenna’s two serving spoons of enchilada casserole lasted her the whole meal. When Monchi was done with three platefuls, there was only one spoonful left in the casserole dish.
“I thought we’d have leftovers from that, but I’ll take the compliment.” Jenna kissed Monserrat on the head and scooped both their plates up.
“I’ll wash the dishes, you did the cooking.”
“If you want to do something nice for me, you’ll sit right where you are,” Jenna said, firmly. “You have calculus homework due tomorrow, right?”
“Yeah.” Monserrat sighed and let her shoulders sag.
“I won’t do it for you – not that you’d let me anyway – but I’ll help.”
“What about your homework?”
“I got it done ages ago, dummy.” Jenna gave Monserrat a gentle hug on her return from the kitchen and carried away the casserole dish. “I didn’t have sports and work.”
“I saw you cleaned the kitchen too. Thank you, love.”
“I love you.” Jenna grunted as she struggled to carry Monserrat’s heavy backpack to the table. “I convinced Rachel to do your vacuuming too.”
“You didn’t have to do that.” Monserrat spread her calculus book and notebook out on the table, flipping through the pages until she found the current week’s problem set.
“I didn’t have to do much convincing. She loves you too. We all see how hard you’re working, and we’re proud of you. You’re not off the hook with chores forever, but you can forget about them for this week at least.”
“Jenna…” Monserrat blinked, realized her vision was blurring, and wiped her forearm hastily across her eyes.
“What kind of wife would I be if I didn’t make dinner for my wife after she’s had a hard day?”
“You’re loving that word even more than you loved fiancé, huh? I’ll pick up the marriage license tomorrow. I think I can squeeze it in after practice.”
“I’ve got you covered.” Jenna smiled slyly, pulling a tightly typed paper form off the bookshelf. “All you have to do is sign, if you still want to get married before we do a big party.”
Monserrat had Jenna in her lap before she realized she’d reached for her fiancé. Crushing Jenna to her body with one arm, she cupped the back of her fiancé’s head with the other and kissed her like the radio had announced the end of the world.
They locked lips until they had to pull away, gasping. Monserrat’s hands wandered over Jenna’s body, setting low to give Jenna’s butt a firm squeeze. The pert cheeks under Monserrat’s hands were delightful, but less padded than they had been at lunch.
“No more pullup?”
“Not while I’m taking care of you. But after your homework is done – only if you have energy – I was hoping you’d put me to bed.”
“You bet. I feel a lot better already. Thank you, love.”
“I love you.” After another kiss, Jenna slid off Monserrat’s lap reluctantly. With her fiancé’s guidance, Monserrat flew through the calculus problem set. Monchi was surprised at how good Jenna had gotten at nudging her toward finding a solution to a maths problem. I wonder if that comes from how well she knows me, or if she’s getting good at teaching in general.
Monserrat checked her phone’s clock as she closed the calculus book. “Jenny-bear, it’s past your bedtime.”
“Do I really have to go to bed right away?” Jenna yawned.
“No arguing with bedtimes if you’re yawning. You’re a tired girl and you know it.”
“You’re tired too.” Jenny yawned again, interrupting her pout.
“Not anymore. My favorite person in the whole world recharged me with enchiladas and love.” Navi scooped Jenny up and carried her upstairs. Her second wind was more than bravado, she’d really needed that meal.
“Wait, I want to say goodnight to Rachel and Usha.” Jenny’s squirming was of no avail, as usual.
“Diaper first. We’re lucky you haven’t had an accident, you’re usually in protection before now.”
“Navi, don’t.” Jenny blushed and covered her face.
“I guess we could take the diapers downstairs and change you in front of our girlfriends, if you want to see them right away.”
“Navi!” Jenny whimpered.
“What’s the big deal? Niusha put you in a pullup this morning. Did she put you on the potty too?” Monserrat laid Jenny down on her own bed, taking a moment to stroke the Little girl’s belly under her shirt.
“She – she did.”
“That’s not very far off from putting you in a diaper, or changing a diaper.”
“I know,” Jenny whispered, trembling.
“If you had to pick one of them to put you in a diaper tonight, with me here, which one would it be?”
“R-rachel. I already know that Usha will do it right.”
Monserrat patted Jenny’s belly and walked to the doorway. “Rachel! Can you come up to Jenny’s room for a minute?”
“Navi! What are you doing?” Jenny’s hands flew over her face when Rachel called up an affirmative.
“I’m going to show Rachel how to take care of my Little girl. I hear she’s going to be one of your morning babysitters.” Monserrat crooked her fingers and lightly tickled Jenny’s tummy, grinning as the little girl’s squirms multiplied.
“Hey Monchi, what’s – oh, it’s diaper time for Jenny? Do you need me to grab something?”
“Jenny would like you to put her diaper on tonight, wouldn’t you, Jenny?”
“Navi, that’s embarrassing!” Jenny rolled away from Monserrat’s hand and curled up on her side.
Rachel knelt by the bed and stroked Jenny’s hair. “Hey Jenny, Do you really want me to help you get ready for bed? I’m nervous, but I’ll do my best if that’s what you want.”
“You’re nervous?” Jenny peeked through her fingers at Rachel.
“I’ve never put a girl in a diaper before.”
“N-Navi can show you how.”
“I love you, Jenny.” Rachel slowly pushed Jenny’s hands away from her face and kissed her chastely on the lips.
“I l-love you too… w-Wachel.”
“Wachel?” Rachel tilted her head curiously.
“Don’t laugh!” Jenny bit her lip, wrapping her arms around herself.
“Never.” Rachel kissed Jenny again, with a touch of heat. She turned to Navi with a questioning look on her face.
“First thing is to get her jeans and panties off. You have plenty of experience doing that with girls.”
Rachel giggled. “You bet I do!” Navi couldn’t decide if she was impressed or disturbed at how quickly Rachel could undo the fly on a pair of jeans. She had Jenny bare below the waist with a fluidity that could have earned high marks from an Olympic judge.
“Rachel’s going to have to touch you when she puts the lotion on, Jenny.” Navi sat on the bed next to Jenny’s head and rested a hand on her fiancé’s shoulder.
“That’s o-okay. Wachel touched me everywhere else this morning.”
“I like getting to see you all the way naked. You’re a beautiful, sexy girl, Jenny.” Rachel unfolded a diaper at Navi’s direction and slid it under Jenny’s rear.
“Navi says – says you might have to ch-change my diaper. But, I don’t have accidents! Even if I did you wouldn’t have to do – that – if you didn’t want to.” Jenny had her hands flat on her belly, craning her head to look at Rachel with one of her most anxious expressions.
“I don’t think a wet diaper would bother me.” Rachel spread lotion across her hands. “I let a girl pee on me once, in her tub.”
“Wachel, that’s gross! You’re gross!” Jenny giggled nervously, redoubling her giggles when Rachel spread the lotion across her skin with slow caresses. Navi had to hold her Little girl’s shoulders to keep her from rolling off her diaper, or the bed entirely.
“You can’t talk to your babysitter that way.” Rachel fixed Jenny with a smug smirk before turning to Navi. “What happens if she’s a bad girl?”
“Jenny is a good girl,” Navi said, firmly. “But if she does a bad thing, then she gets a spanking, so that she’ll stay a good girl.”
“Ah, I get it.” Rachel nodded. She looked around for a bit, grabbing the powder when Navi pointed at it.
“You’d let her spank me!?” Jenny stared open-mouthed at Navi.
“I almost spanked the Little girl I was babysitting today. That’s part of the babysitting job. I changed her diapers too.”
“I’m sorry, Wachel.” Jenny struggled out from under Navi’s hands to sit up on her elbows and give Rachel a pleading look.
“Oh dang, that’s cute. Don’t worry, sweetie. I think you’d have to do something pretty bad to get a spanking from me.” Rachel winked. “I’ve always been the cool babysitter, or cousin, or whatever. Don’t tell Navi.”
“Kay, I won’t!” Jenny giggled mischievously.
“Girls, I’m right here.” Navi put her hands on her hips, doing her best to keep a straight face.
“Excuse me Ms. Navarrete, I’m busy babysitting your Little girl right now.” Rachel grinned impudently and wrapped Jenny’s diaper around her waist. It took her a few tries to set the first tape, but once that one was down she managed the rest well. The diaper was a little crooked – a lot crooked in Navi’s expert estimation – but it would do for a first time.
Navi kissed Jenny gently. “Since Rachel’s so fired up, I’m going to let her help you brush your teeth and tuck you in. Do you want babysitting when you wake up, too?”
“Yes please.” Jenny snuggled up to Navi, giving her a solid hug that brought peace to Navi’s heart.
“I’ll tell Niusha. Goodnight Jenny-bear. I love you very much.”
“Goodnight Navi. I love you with my whole heart.”
Monserrat went downstairs with a giddy smile, while Jenny entered into bedtime-story negotiations with Rachel. Niusha was holed up in her bedroom reading a book. From what Monserrat could see, her girlfriend was in a t-shirt and panties. At any rate, the blanket across Niusha’s lap was askew and showing a tantalizing amount of leg.
“Nice suit.” Niusha raised a brow curiously.
“It’s my babysitting outfit.”
“Oh right. What time is it?” Niusha looked at her phone and blinked. “Oh god hon, did you just get home?”
“No, I got home hours ago. Jenna had a whole dinner for me.” Monserrat took a seat at the foot of Niusha’s bed.
“This is a better book than I thought.” Niusha yawned and stretched. “Shouldn’t you be putting your Little girl to bed, and getting to bed yourself?”
“I had Rachel put Jenny in her diaper tonight. I heard you had fun in the morning with Jenny – she had a blast. Would you be up for babysitting her again tomorrow?”
“Yes, I’d love to. She’s super sweet when she’s Little.” Niusha slipped out from under the blanket, confirming Monserrat’s guess as to her state of dress. With a graceful scoot, Niusha sat hip to hip with Monserrat. “How’d Rachel do with the diaper?”
“She was fine. Jenny was a little freaked out, until Rachel distracted her by telling a story about a girlfriend that peed on her once.” Monserrat snorted.
“If it’s the girlfriend I’m thinking of, it was a lot more than once.” Niusha bumped her shoulder against Monserrat’s.
Taking the hint, Monserrat put her arm around Niusha and squeezed her girlfriend gently. “It’s not like Rachel to be modest, or downplay her sexcapades. She must have been dialing it down for Jenny.”
“We all want to be super careful with her, Little or not. What about her big strong fiancé? Who makes sure that Monserrat goes to bed on time?”
“Monserrat does.” She smirked at Niusha. “I’m kind of the only top in the house.”
“I top sometimes, just not for you.” Niusha slid a hand between Monserrat’s legs and rubbed her crotch in slow circles. “But I don’t always sub for you either. You look more tired than I’ve seen you in a long time. Come to bed. I promise you’ll be asleep in ten minutes.”
“How about fifteen?” Monserrat shuddered at Niusha’s touch and pulled her girlfriend into her lap.
“Ten.” Niusha gave Monserrat’s shoulders a firm push, crawling up the muscular woman as soon as Monchi’s back hit the mattress. “You do so much for everyone around you. I’m going to do something just for you.”
“But, don’t you want to…”
“Shush.” Niusha put a finger to Monserrat’s lips. “If I’m thathard up, I’ll have Rachel take care of me tomorrow – or Jenny will. Let me rock your world, love.”
Monserrat let her objections and resistance fall away as Niusha peeled her suit off, drawing her lips and tongue across every bit of skin she exposed. Niusha was gentle, but efficient. It wasn’t long before Monserrat was naked under the covers with Niusha atop her.
Niusha’s expert fingers stroked and teased Monserrat’s slit, before slipping inside her. They writhed against each other in the dark bedroom, breathing each other’s breath between kisses. Ten minutes later, as promised, Monserrat was satisfied and snoring.

Thank you, I'm glad you loved it so much! Especially since you loved all the parts that made me happy as I was writing it. It's a lot of fun to immerse myself in the wholesomeness of JaM.
I might do another Fabi chapter, but I think I would add on to this one. Maybe bring one of Fabi's friends over, or do the Jenny / Fabi chapter as an AB Sitter story.
Perhaps you can revisit this session to fill what happened and turn it into an AB Sitter chapter.

Wow; just wow! Ok more than that. This was an incredible chapter Sol; thanks for sharing. I enjoy the sweetness of JaM and to me this chapter seemed like a familial chapter. You had the working Mom (Monchi.) She had so much to do to make sure that her house was in order. However she was shown an insane amout of love and adoration by the rest of her household. Every one from Jenna taking care of her when she got home, then making sure that Jenna was in good hands herself with Rachel, and finally that Niusha made sure Monserat was in good hands as well. I wonder how it will play out when and if Jenna meets Fabi. I look forward to reading that chapter as well. Great work, and I look forward to reading more soon.
