Wetting before a first date had sounded awesome over Pampr chat, but was feeling less so every minute. Harper paced nervously in her bedroom, wincing at the way her diaper’s soggy padding rubbed against her skin. Jade was already twenty feet away on the app, which meant she was winding her way up the historic apartment building’s stairway.
When Harper had rented the place, the property manager told her a lot about how in Ardenthill, historic generally meant a building was well cared for, had brick construction, and polished wooden accents. She had not mentioned that historic also meant no elevator until after Harper signed the lease. Jade was going to arrive out of breath, like all Harper’s guests did, and the last thing she was going to want to do was change a diaper. It was a dumb, hot, bad idea that should have stayed in online roleplaying.
Also, these shortalls are way too big. I look like an eating disorder PSA. The only thing saving Harper’s outfit was her favorite yellow t-shirt, with the way it brought out the highlights in her otherwise mouse-brown hair. A nervous glance at the Pampr app showed Jade as five feet away, which was the closest the app would do. By the time Harper made it to her door, Jade had already knocked and had a hand to her mouth.
Is she smelling her breath? The nervous gesture relaxed Harper immediately. It was exactly the sort of dorky thing she’d expect JgirlADH – Jade, to do. Harper had known Jade would be taller, though the height difference was much closer than Harper expected from Jade’s Pampr bio. She was dressed in a purple velvet jacket, with a charcoal sweater and gray pants underneath. Jade’s somewhat unkempt black hair completed a soft look that Harper desperately wanted to reach out and touch.
“Jade?” Harper felt like an idiot asking. It was the right time for their date, she had the app tracking, and Jade looked more like her profile pictures than Harper had expected her to.
“Hello Harper.” Jade smiled. “Little girl.”
A soft squeal escaped Harper’s lip as she took a step back from the door. When the door closed, awkward tension hung taught between the two women. Jade raised her arms, Harper stepped forward, and was wrapped in a velvety hug. The warmth, pressure, and even smell of the hug were all perfect. She smells like a mommy. Oh god, I smell like pee! Harper’s attempt to pull away was foiled by Jade lacing her fingers together at the small of Harper’s back.
“I’ve been wanting to hold you since the first night we chatted.” Jade’s dreamy smile was surely not going to last. Any minute, the smell would waft up from Harper’s stupidly baggy overalls and…
“Me too but – I uh – Jade, I don’t want you to have to smell my – my…”
“Did you have an accident, Little girl?” Jade pulled Harper closer, and the diapered girl found she couldn’t bring herself to do more than play-struggle against her new mommy’s grip.
“Yes.” Harper’s face felt hot enough to recall her last fever. She tried looking up into Jade’s pretty hazel eyes, but couldn’t hold the other woman’s gaze for more than a second.
“You said you might have one. That’s something your mommy should take care of. Can I be that mommy tonight?”
“If it’s too much that’s okay. It’s too much, isn’t it? This was a bad idea, I’ll go and…” Harper froze as Jade squished her padded rear. Fresh liquid bathed her rear, bringing the smell right out of a hypothetical, into concrete reality. Never had she been so humiliated – never mind with a beautiful woman’s hand cradling her sopping diaper.

“Harper, are you okay?” Jade’s voice sounded like it was coming from outside the apartment. All Harper could manage to do was shake her head slightly.
Though Harper couldn’t remember how she got to her couch, it was obvious that Jade must have guided her there. Jade, who pressed a glass of cool water into Harper’s hands and sat next to her on the couch. The same Jade who was her online mommy and had role played a dozen hot scenarios with her. There were so many things she was going to want to do with and to Harper, or else their date would be a big disappointing mess. They’d secretly planned and hoped for their evening for a month and now…
“Little girl, pay attention.” Jade’s mommy-mode phrase landed just as well as it did online. The effect was better even, with the addition of Jade’s no-nonsense tone. “Take a deep breath, right now. In – and out.”
As she spoke, Jade raised her hand for the inhale and lowered it for the exhale, breathing along with her commands. Harper followed along obediently and was relieved to see the colored spots vanish from her vision.
“Now take a sip of water. Good girl.” Jade caught a drop of water on Harper’s lip with her knuckle. “Breathe again. In – and out.”
Harper managed to take a sip of water on her own after her second big breath. She felt she’d be able to relax – if she wasn’t obviously being the worst date ever. “Thank you Mommy – I mean – Jade.”
“You can call me Mommy if you want.” Jade put her hands hesitantly on Harper – snuggling the girl into a proper hug when she leaned into the embrace. “Was starting the date wet too much? Or did you get too excited?”
“I don’t know.” Harper laid her head on Jade’s collarbone and whimpered.
“I don’t have to change your diaper.” Jade stroked Harper’s hair. Mommy’s touch felt so much like the Little girl’s fantasies, that she felt her eyes fill with tears. “We can even start with a normal date, or just hang out. You can change yourself, or keep wearing your diaper. I’m happy to sit here and talk, or watch TV, or whatever you need.”
“I want you to be in charge. Like you just were, when you helped me.” Saying the words felt good, though for as long as they sat in the air without a response, tension bent like a bow in Harper’s chest.
“Do you remember the phrase we use when you need to stop roleplaying?”
“Mommy, Timeout.” Harper nodded.
“If you say that again, I’ll stop being in charge right away, until you ask me to take charge again.” Jade sat Harper up and looked her in the eye. “Will that be okay?”
“Yes.” Harper bit her lip until it hurt. Are we going to do it? Is this really it?
“In that case, Little girl, pay attention.” Jade took Harper’s hands – she was still holding the water glass – and lifted the glass to Harper’s lips. “I want you to finish the glass of water, slowly. By the smell of your diaper, you’re dehydrated.”
“Mommy! That’s embarrassing!”
“You should be drinking, not talking.” Jade’s tone sent a shiver down Harper’s spine and made excited fireworks in her tummy. She’d thought Jade had already used her mommy voice when she said, “Pay attention, Little girl”, but she’d been wrong.
Obediently, Harper took a big drink of water. Jade cautioned her to take smaller sips, and keep breathing. Having her mommy micro-manage her through the simple act of drinking a glass of water had Harper feeling floaty and submissive. When Mommy got Harper up from the couch and told her to show her where she changed her diapers, the Little girl walked compliantly to her bedroom.
Jade had Harper out of her shortalls in a flash. She helped the Little girl onto the bed, where Harper had laid out a black waterproof blanket. A pretty one from Ardenthill Medical Supply would have been nicer, but the sex shop option at Wink was easier on Harper’s bank account. To her surprise, Mommy didn’t remove her diaper right away. Instead, she laid on the blanket with Harper and snuggled her face to face.
They went from gentle cheek caresses to tentatively bumping their noses together. Jade nuzzled Harper’s cheek – she responded by closing her eyes and parting her lips. The comforting controlling feel of Jade’s hand on the back of her neck made Harper gasp. Mommy was not a shy kisser at all. She held Harper firmly, locking their lips and exploring the Little girl’s mouth with her tongue. Harper surrendered happily – she pressed against Jade but was otherwise pliant in her Mommy’s arms.
“Are you warm enough?” Jade’s voice was hushed with desire after their kiss.
“It’s a little chilly.” Clammy is probably the better word, Harper thought. Each movement of her legs made a damp squish in her padding.
"Here you go, Little girl." Jade squirmed out of her jacket and draped it across Harper. She wriggled out of her sweater too, revealing a peach colored undershirt that hinted heavily at Jade’s dark bra. “Do you want to touch me?”
“So much.”
“You’re a very good girl for waiting politely.” Jade put Harper’s hand on her chest, flushing beautifully as the Little girl explored her curves. “If I’m going to touch your diaper area, we need to be comfortable touching each other first.”
“Okay Mommy.” Harper felt like she should have more to say, but she was too deep in the foggy flow of the scene. Happiness meant letting Jade dictate everything.
“You’re such a pretty girl. My pretty girl.” Jade’s hand slid from Harper’s waist, up her side and around to cup her breast. “Brave too. You’re not going to have any body secrets from me after I’ve changed you.”
“I trust you, Mommy.” Harper gave Jade’s bosom an exuberant squeeze and pressed her face into Jade’s cleavage. It’s true, I really do. It’s just like when we roleplayed but – solid.
“You look uncomfortable. I’m going to change you now, alright?” Jade tangled her fingers in the hair at the base of Harper’s neck and pulled her head back with gentle firmness.

“One more kiss.” Jade’s kiss had her half-pinning Harper to her bed and squeezing the Little girl’s waist. They came apart from the kiss breathless. As Jade sat up, Harper grabbed the sweater full of mommy-smell and buried her face in it.
The sound of tearing tapes was followed by Harper’s diaper peeling away from her skin. She was exposed, helpless in front of the mommy she’d fantasized about so many times. Feelings hit Harper in groups, overwhelming her until she had to chew on Mommy’s sweater to find some relief. Jade shifted on the bed, lying next to Harper again. A tug on Jade’s sweater threatened to take Harper’s chew toy away – she whimpered and bit down on the soft fabric.
“Let go, Little girl.” Jade pulled firmly on her sweater, freeing it from Harper’s mouth. The Little girl blushed nervously at her mommy, a scolding seemed inevitable. Instead, Jade laughed when she found the damp patch of gnawed-on sweater. “I can find a lot better uses for your mouth, baby girl.”
Tingling warmth spread across Harper’s skin as she focused on Mommy’s new look. Jade was bare from the waist up, with sky blue panties her only remaining garment. The wet patch on those panties made Harper shiver with anticipation. Mommy kissed her again and Harper was happy to capitulate to Jade’s desire. “It was absolutely adorable. I thought you were going to need a change but I guess it was just a little fart.”
“Mommy!” Harper’s face burned until she was surprised there was blood left in her body for anything else.
“Oh, you’re a LOT more blushy about that in person than you are online.” Jade grinned, her eyes sparkling. “You’re lucky we’re not in my apartment.”
“Why’s that?” Harper grabbed Mommy’s sweater and wiped her breast clean, to Jade’s obvious amusement.
“Because you’re not allowed to use the potty there at all.”
“Not even – what if I was there for a while?”
“I’ve seen your diaper stash. You wouldn’t run out for ages.” Jade pulled Harper back into her arms, placing the Little girl’s cheek on her breasts.
“I would eventually – unless we bought more – but if I was at your place long enough…”
“You mean if you moved in?”
Harper curled up against Mommy and whimpered. It was too soon to ask stuff like that, and very unfair of Mommy to bring it up – even if Harper had pushed the conversation that way.
“I don’t know if I’d really do it – but it’s fun to think about the potty in my house being one that you never, ever get to use.”
“That’s so hot.” Harper shivered as Jade traced fingertips along her back. “I don’t know if I want it for real either but – I re-read the log of time we roleplayed that way a lot.”
“I bet you do.” Jade giggled, then she whispered. “I do too.”
“What do you want to do – tonight? Do I have to – to…”
“Not tonight.” Jade kissed Harper’s hair. “How about our next date is at my place?”
“And then I have to…?”
“Well my potty will be one hundred percent off limits. If we decide that being a messy baby is something you can’t do – I’ll take you to the grocery store just across the street.”
“But if it was the middle of the night and I had to go…”
“Then you’d have to decide if you wanted to get dressed, or if it would be easier to just let your Mommy take care of you.” Jade squeezed Harper tight. “I know it’s a big deal, but messing something we’ve both talked about a lot. Does this feel like an okay compromise?”
“You just want to keep your off-limits potty rule.”
“And you don’t?” Jade’s hand wandered around Harper’s side and cupped her breast. “Your nipples have been hard since I mentioned it.”
“No fair.”
“That’s right, I’m not going to be fair, I’m going to be Mommy. If you want me to be your Mommy, that is.”
“I do so much. Is it – really okay? Going straight to lifestyle like this? You don’t want to be regular girlfriends at all?”

“That’s true.” Harper listened to Jade’s heart beat for a while. “When can we do our next date?”

“Mommy! Stop!”
“No, I won’t.” Jade giggled. “It’s really soon, but I could do Sunday afternoon and evening. It wouldn’t be an overnight, I’m sorry.”
“I have work.” Harper grumped.
“What work do you do, Little girl?”
“I’m a hairdresser at Le Chat Noir.”
“Oh, do I get to exchange haircuts for diaper changes?” Jade chuckled. “I’m just kidding, I wouldn’t make you come home from work and do more work.”
“Thank you.” Harper squeezed Jade happily. “But on a day when a client cancels or something, you could come in and get a free one.”
“Sounds lovely. I’m an administrative nurse for a health clinic.”
“Oh? Which one?”
“Cheshire County Farm Worker’s Clinic.”
Harper’s lifted her head in surprise. “Mommy – I go there. I see Dr. Giovanni.”
“Oh! Well I don’t interact with patients much, except when I’m covering for someone who’s sick. I’ll make sure to flag your chart so that I never go into it.”
Harper giggled. “What if we’d run into each other before we decided to meet?”
“It would have been pretty awkward, I’m glad I got to meet you the way I did.”
“In my wet diaper?”
“Yes, exactly that way. Speaking of your diaper, it feels like you’re still dry. You’re either holding it, or you’re more dehydrated than I thought.”
“I – I’m holding it.”
Jade pulled Harper closer, sliding her thigh hard against the Little girl’s padded crotch. Before Harper could protest, she was pressed against her Mommy with Jade hand firmly on her padded butt.
“Go potty, Little girl. It’s not good for you to hold it in.”
“Mommy, that’s embarrassing!”
“Pay attention, Little girl. I told you that you wouldn’t have any body secrets from me if I changed you.” Jade squeezed Harper’s padded rear. “Be an obedient girl and use your diaper. Now.”
“Yes Mommy.” Harper scrunched up her eyes and tentatively relaxed. As soon as the flood started, her control was gone. She quivered in sexy humiliation as her diaper filled and squished out along Mommy’s leg.
“What a good girl!” Jade rolled Harper onto her back, letting the Little girl’s accident spread to the rest of her diaper’s padding.
“Are you going to change me again?”
“No, that’s a good diaper. I’ll change you before I leave tonight.”
“But – I don’t want you to leave.”
“Then I guess you’re going to be a potty-pants for a while.”
“Oh, Mommy.” Harper pulled Jade to her, closing her eyes as their lips met again.

I like the these little installments, it would be interesting to see initial chat or maybe like multi-day build up to it the story. Now if only this really existed and we all lived in a tiny little area together, it would be prefect and not spread out around the world!
To be honest I get a little excited to sometimes and I’m not into that sort of thing. So it’s safe to say Sol can write hot and steamy scenes.

Good chapter. This felt like it could really happen in any type of chat room. You can almost feel the nervousness. Things moved rather fast though. I would ask about a sequel but it wouldn’t be centered around the app like this story. I mean there is little use for a dating app after be first few dates right? Phone numbers get exchanged soon after and the app becomes useless to this couple. I can speak from experience but that’s just my opinion. Can’t wait to see the next installment. Ever think about adding a Daddy?
