Into the Reach, pt. 1
🕑 Added 2023-02-14 22:04:42 +0000 UTCTo usher in spring, get away from the city, and possibly hunt for alchemy ingredients, Cerine, Megan, Rachel, and Sienna (and also Lykos, stuffed in Cerine's bag) decide to take a camping trip together into the Sylvan Reach. I mean, last time they went into the Reach Cerine ended up getting a huge chest, so it's bound to be fun, right?
I hit a bit of a snag writing this one because for as long as I've wanted to have Cerine and Sienna be cuddly and stuff, I've never really done anything about it XD I realized while writing this that despite them being friends for years (ever since First Breath, when they found Lykos originally), they've almost never interacted on paper. So I had to figure out how they work together XD Plus, Sienna needs more characterization, anyways!

I really like Sienna and Megan in this. Sienna trying to be such a good girl and repress what she's feeling to not bother anyone... Megan being an anxious disaster... Both of them wanting to reach out to others outside their immediate circle but feeling unable to do so for different reasons, but they get by with some help from their friends... I just think they're cute and I look forward to reading more <3 I just like their group dynamic so far ^^ They have some feelings to work out but I hope they'll find a balance going forward!
