1 Million Subs and a Stupid Video for Laughs

It looks like the channel will hit 1 million subs pretty soon, so I'm trying to figure out what to do. In the spirit of the channel, I feel like it's time for another spoof video, along the lines of:

I'm going to be back in Canada in April, so I was thinking I would make a 1 million subscribers video where I pretend I've gone back to Canada, bought a fancy car, and moved to the suburbs. I would then make a video that calls back to older videos (like grocery shopping, garbage containers, etc.) by showing how things go terribly for me in suburbia.
So a few questions for you:
What are some stupid gags/jokes that I could do? I have several written down (like, "it's only a 25 minute drive to the grocery store!", missing garbage day, talking about how great it is to have low property tax and then complaining about the potholes, calling some friends but nobody wants to come visit because it's 3 hours by transit), but I'd like your ideas as well. Ideally it would be something I've mentioned in an earlier NJB video.
I'd like a fake sponsor spot (though spoofing an actual YouTube sponsor). What is the most anti-NJB sponsor imaginable? I'm currently thinking of spoofing Established Titles. Maybe RAID Shadow Legends would be better?
And finally, what kind of vehicle should I pretend I've bought? When a YouTuber becomes famous, they usually buy fancy car, like a Lamborghini. Should I rent a Lamborghini SUV? Or an extended cab pickup truck? Something else entirely?
Let me know your ideas; the crazier the better! I've got a decent budget in mind for this, and while I know I'll never make it back in YouTube ad revenue, it's all worth it for the comedy value.

Following up on "Cities aren't loud, cars are" how about an episode where every time you try to talk, car, truck, motorcycle, etc sound drowns you out. Sadly, as a podcaster in New York City, it's the story of my life.

I know I'm coming late to the party (life and all that) but I would love to see a HUGE SUV, then you estimating how many cargo bikes' worth of stuff you can cram in it. Maybe even doing a 10-second cost analysis to "convince" yourself that the SUV was totally worth it.

Develop hypertension from the chronic stress of driving. Callback to your video about omafiets where you show how easy and cheap it is to maintain an SUV Being amazed by car infrastructure also could be fun, like "Look at how well-engineered is this bridge, this is how you get people to use cars" or "I'm really happy that they re-did that part of my commute, now we have a real segregated road, I don't have to share it with planes anymore" while driving next to an airport.
