I'm making a model!
🕑 Added 2024-07-31 21:50:00 +0000 UTCNot for a video, or at least not any time soon, but this is for the Saskatoon Museum of Military Artifacts where I volunteer. You may have heard about the EPIC D-Day model our students are building, well it proved a bit tricky to get a model of Canada House, so I'm building one for them from scratch. There's still a way to go, but I'll post again when it's done. 👍🏻
PS: A big thanks to everyone who's kindly donated to the Go-Fund Me Campaign, it's very much appreciated by everyone at the museum, I'm sure you'll enjoy the results.

Looks like a lot of meticulous work. I know the finished product will be fabulous! You are very talented and very patient.😊 When did you start building models? I remember my daughter having to make a model in school of a California mission (being that we live in California USA!😁) and it was fun to do. My daughter and I love miniatures. We'd go to the "train store" to collect our supplies. They'd have a ton of mini things, being that they'd be used in model train sets. We bought trees, birds, people, along with the building supplies. Great memories! Take care, Kevin! You're a great storyteller, awesome historian, and a really special guy.🙂
