How do I trigger the new scenes with Aiko can't figure out how to or what to do?

If you don't have enough affection points to access the drinking scenes you can start a new game and chose a path that gives you more affection points or you can wait for more content to be added and get more affection points from the fallowing scenes. Hate, like all the other attributes are impacting how the girls are reacting in diferent situations. There are other paths/scenes that are going to be added soon and the hate attribute is going to have an impact.

if I don't have enough affection to have a drink with sarah/monique/kate do I have to start a new game to get the affection points i missed? also, does hate basically do nothing and is always worth getting the alternative choice when offered?

You can follow the main characters storyline (Sarah/Kate/Monique). If you don't manage to follow the story you should check the walkthrough.

Why do not consumable items in the inventory disappear automatically and have to be removed manually? It is very uncomfortable!
