medieval cookbook food wips
🕑 Added 2021-04-02 20:53:21 +0000 UTClong awaited update for my medieval/old cookbook.
so i've been getting back into my outlander/history save file (I had to start all over again after my hard drive died on me 😢 so I guess I was put off of it for a while) and noticed my sims needed a lot more food options!
here's some simple meals/snacks - cheese & bread, scotch eggs, boiled eggs, roasted wild boar (ham) and pigeon stew.
I've got plenty more stews planned as I think they're a great way to use up my farming vegetables!
Do you have anything you'd like to see if you're a historical player or interested in the challenges and need some meals to fit the theme?

I am so excited to see this expanded. I'm a huge history nerd and getting to live other periods using my sims is so satisfying! Thank you so much for your amazing hard work!

I just play normally, but use the foods anyway because they're neat. Looking forward to this. Thank you for sharing the wip.

How about corn pudding, (made with milk, cornmeal, and molasses). It was an old settlers recipe in the early 19th century. Stewed fruits were also popular.
