medieval salads - wip 🥗
🕑 Added 2021-06-14 22:01:37 +0000 UTCThe cookbook was missing some salads! I'll make a few variants and included them in the next testing stage.
I'm hoping to be finishing up and finalising the old cookbook overhaul mod for the end of this month (I want to sneak in a few more recipes first).
Is there anything you'd like to see before release?
I am planning on updating this with new recipes in the future, especially with the new ep coming out!! But I want a good variety to start with.
If you have any final thoughts or recommendations now is the time to share them 😊

I've been looking at making little 'picnic baskets' for on the go travels! 😄 Hopefully I can squeeze a few in before release!

I will definitely be adding drinks, i'm not sure if they will be in this version as i'm not sure if i'll have time before release but I can add them in at a later date!

I think it's all good timing! Our sims won't be going hungry! 😊

I would love to have more puddings, such as a cornmeal pudding. This was very popular among the pioneers. It was called Hasty pudding and it consisted of milk, corn meal, and brown sugar. This would be a dream come true for me.

I just love this mod so much and with the new pack, I am more excited than I've been in years. Thank you so much for creating this amazing mod. Love and Hugs

Would there be a way to add drinks, Things like mead, ale, or beer? Have herbal concoctions for pain and injuries from hunting. Baked loaves of bread, cakes, etc. Soups, bread, and mead have always been a staple.

This salad looks so good! Edible flowers are one of my favorite things to actually add to salads for presentation 💛 I'd love to see some sort of quick grab and go serving, similar to the cereal in grannies cookbook? Maybe something like a platter of travel rations (hunk of bread, dried meat, cheese, berries) with the single servings laid out on a rag?

Just eating their greens and flowers, these medieval sims! This gave me such a laugh, how delightful!
