Excellent. I've been wondering how to spice up this encounter, and I might have to use a couple of these ideas!

I actually incorporated the Skulvire third party adventure into this layer. They went to the Inn, Anacreda told them the item they seek was held by the pit fiend at Skulvire. They went to Skulvire, found out the Hag lied and the Pit Fiend (forgot his name) recruited them to kill the Hags so he could control the Inn. They used a token to teleport back to the Inn (given to them by the Hags - they aren't super smart, but it makes for such fun plots). It landed them in a chamber that they had one round to escape from before an anti-magic field went up. They made it out (that damn Knock spell!) and it was an epic battle with all 3 hags, their monsters, that abomination celestial, etc. Pretty epic, we had so much fun.
