Nectar Making Mini Override
🕑 Added 2025-02-05 11:25:42 +0000 UTCThis is a standalone mini mod override for the Horse Ranch EP Nectar Maker.
It will conflict with any other mods altering the nectar making.

Have your sims craft some new nectar flavours, complete with buffs and notebook entries.
So far I have added:
Cottage Berry Nectar - Level 1
Rose Nectar - Level 1, Rose, Flirty Buffs
Prairie Cream Nectar - Level 3, Prairie Grass + Cream* , Confident Buffs
Strawberries & Cream Nectar - Level 3, Strawberry + Cream* , Flirty Buffs
Chocolate & Cream Nectar - Level 3, Any Chocolate + Cream* , Happy Buffs
*Uses single servings of Pouring Cream. This ingredient will only be required if you already use my homemade ingredients.
How to use:
Download the Nectar Making Override & Nectars Recipe Pack and place in your mods folder.
In game, have your sims use the Nectar Maker and the new recipes will show under the nectar making menu.
Small changes I have made:
Sims can now order Nectars in restaurants.
When your sim reaches level 3, they will now gain an extra 2 bottles of nectar when making; Apple, Grape, Strawberry and Potato (+Rose) Nectars.
When your sim reaches level 5, they will now gain an extra 2 bottles of nectar when making; Prairie Grass and Energy (+Prairie Cream, Strawberries & Cream, Chocolate & Cream) Nectars.
Nectars can now be made without ingredients required unless activating the Simple Living lot trait.

this doesn't conflict with TianaSims' nectar making override file right? (https://www.patreon.com/posts/nectar-making-123059682?l) it seems like hers only overrides the appearance of the fruit in the barrel but i just wanted to make sure

As some of the tuning files are the same in each mod it will likely cause a conflict in game. I can take a closer look to see if I can get them to work together!

I would really like to use your mod, but do you think you could add something like No Fall Nectar Making (with High Skill) by BosseladyTV to it ?? As your mod would conflict with hers, I hesitate a little... And I know I ask a lot, but Do you think you could add something so our sims would not keep their socks will they crush ingredients with their feet?

Wow, this looks amazing! Would this conflict with LittleMsSam's Craft More Nectar Bottles? It's one of her smaller mods that allows crafting of more bottles of a recipe but doesn't add recipes so I wasn't sure if this would conflict. Fingers crossed these two are compatible! Your mods are truly amazing!
