Finally Cutting Parts!
🕑 Added 2018-10-13 06:16:03 +0000 UTC There's a Shapeoko CNC router in the house! I've got a lot to learn but am making progress (router tool paths are like 10x more complicated than lasers). Also I'm trying to transition from SolidWorks to Fusion360 since Fusion is more accessible to everyone.Do you guys have any interest in all the silly test parts I've been cutting?
Also for anybody worried this is a permanent RetinaSmelter replacement, it's not! I just need something to use in the meantime.

Silly Parts are definitely interesting to me. I'd probaby find some strange pointless purpose for them. Also, you should definitely call your CNC the "Fire Starter," for Irony's sake

Yeah keep us updated with the CNC stuff. I have one. I also use Fusion. I hate all the options but I know they are necessary. I'd call your CNC machine "I Want Your Shoes."
