Maybe you are using a vertical footage? If yes, check the tutorial “tracking for vertical footage”. If not, send me yoir Blender file here using Wetransfer (no need for textures, only the file)

In all cleanplate tutorials, when I do UWunrap, I can't completely separate it. In some scenes, it half-paints, half black and half white. I get stuck on unwrap in both tutorials. I do ctrl+a scale rotation in all of them, but it doesn't work. I do it step by step, watching second by second, but I still get stuck on unwrap, I can't do it.
