A quick and small release to fix one specific issue. Someone had a crashing issue and it turns out the cause was a name entry in a modinfo.ini that was left blank. This new version can handles that correctly.

Sorry for the slow reply. If you're talking about support for old RE2/RE3 mods that aren't compatible with the new RT build, then no, I've done what I can there. I recommend people play using the non-RT builds for full mod compatibility.
