still have not recieved anything from joining, i have cancelled sub and may sub if issue is fixed
I have the email but I didn't receive the actual files on mmf

Thanks for keeping usipdated. This is happening to a bunch of my creators, so I figured it’s MMF.
same for me
yesterday I got 2 mails in the MMF-mailbox to redeem the welcome pack which already was in my library. Very strange. I guesse it is a MMF-failure. Still lack the April (and may?) files.
