There's also a difference in the playback speed in streaming services in NA and for example Europe due to NA being in the NTSC region and Europe being in the PAL region. The playback speed is a tad faster in the PAL region compared to NTSC.

I'm not sure if it will be an issue for the rest of the movies since they didn't make official extended cuts for the rest of the movies. By chance do you remember if Gilderoy Lockhart gave his class a quiz about himself or another scene involving draco and his father entering the store Harry is accidentally sent to in the beginning. If those scenes were in it you were probably watching the extended cuts. One thing that might help is if you left a small sliver at the bottom of the video unblurred to help with re-syncing it. That way if someone does have a different copy they can just pause your video and wait till theirs catches up..

I watched on Amazon prime this time. Would avoiding extended cuts be best for y’all?

Yeah and I'm pretty sure every other streaming service uses the extended cuts, a least for the first two movies anyways. I think freeform owns the extended version for the rest of the franchise, since extended cuts were only officially made for the first 2 movies.

Hey did you watch it on hbo again because I couldn't really watch the last harry potter reaction because hbo doesn't use the extended cuts so I could never get it to sink up correctly.
