I've had an idea for a new segment for my exercise stream, which will also include exercise. Tomorrow, I'm gonna make the song for it. And you can hang out with me while I make said song and tell me if it makes you feel like exercising.

The first nuzlocke episode was great! I picked up a WaterRower over the weekend after wanting one forever and rowed with the VOD (well, 20 minutes of it 😅🫠). Gotta rearrange some stuff to make it live!
