brian, the best breakfast sandwich in california is in the SF bay area... Roger's Deli and Donuts.... no frills, all stress while ordering. Get a croissant for your bread. Their donuts are great too! In socal, I liked egg tuck, but their breakfast burritos are better imo. I don't eat meat so the soy sofritas made it top tier.

I will be truthful and admit that I have doubted some of your culinary decisions in the past (as far as relevancy to my own food schemas) but this sandwich does indeed seem like a thing I should/will make in my life. Perhaps as an expansion on the English Muffin concept! Also: is that coffee mug a Brian Original? It has that sense of ceramic pizazz that your pottery usually has, but i don’t know.

inspired to make a breakfast sandwich today following the tenets. at 3pm, but i’m filing that one under “keep it simple”. Ditto to keeping it to what i had on hand: onion bagel, egg, bacon, sliced colby jack. the only critique i’ll offer is that you undersold the foil wrap at the end, i’d almost call that essential for meeting tenet #2.

Good to know I am not the only one doing Duolingo over breakfast. If anyone has hot tips or recs for more thorough Korean practice tho I have a mighty need. Loving the video, boss!
