I love all your videos but rarely comment. This one I had to as I know a bit about the subject matter! Honestly, I was a little worried where you were headed with this series as I thought you might "over-engineer" it. I think you struck the line perfectly in calling out the science from the art. I also love the call-out to Jesse! A tiny quibble would be whether you created a rum or an infused vodka given your reflux amounts but I'll give you a pass on that one.
