I'd actually made a post about commissions a while back and it didn't get any response. I've never done commission work on here so I'm not sure how to go about that

Citrate is the better one anyway. Alot of people are looking for commissions I see it on reddit alot, as you know, lol. Maybe open yourself up to that and people will also pay you to make stuff they dont have. Totally upto you, but I support you!

Thank you π I take citrate, as I do much better than on that than others. I was prescribed oxide, but I don't seem to absorb any of that at all. I need to keep working on my builds & cc as Patreon is my only source of income ATM and I have lost quite a bit of patrons in the past month, so I definitely need to do better and work harder

What kind of magnesium do they give you? Yea calcium, magnesium, and vitamin d are all connecting with each other and the body' s function of each. Please just rest and when you feel better than post. Your health is way more important and real fans understand that!!

Yes thank you! I have some health issues and my magnesium went pretty low, a long with my calcium. It messes with my muscles n heart. I'm on a prescription but I don't absorb magnesium very well
