OOOOOO!!! Hi JC! I'm super late, but can you possibly do a set for a surf and bait shop?? I know you'd nail the concept! I'd really appreciate some love being shown to some surf cc, and I'm keeping hope alive that we'll have it in the game one day! Also, this would be a perfect set for Summer 2025! 😊

i would love some city cc like inner Brooklyn, Ny queens, Ny Bronx, Ny cc like bobbys, cookies(store) dr jays, east Flatbush lol like Trenton new jersey, or the Bronx, like fabric covered windows lol some China restaurant signs, i want to create a urban east coast save file inspired by the early 2000's, i can show you some pictures of the buildings and the strip. The old ny ,jersey, DC, Frankford Philly, the sims is to clean lol.

I forgot to add, most stores are set up as rooms. Now that I think about it, my goodness! Lol. Or I guess for rooms like the kitchen, appliances would be put together etc. 🤔

Often peeps think of Ikea when they think furniture or Ashley Furniture. Since we are all so individual, when I built my 1 furniture store I had to hunt for CC and I generally go with a theme. For example: Modern (1900 - 1950) , mid-century modern (1933 - 1965), Minimalism, Art Deco (1910 - 1940), Victorian (1840 - 1910), Chippendale Style (1750 -1790), Craftsman (Late 1800s), contemporary/transitional which is generally (1950's with a dash of 1970's). A couple of other ideas may be Coastal, since S4 have a lot of coastal towns, Scandinavian (1930 - 1950), Shabby Chic (Early 1980's), Retro style (1950 - 1980). Let's not forget farmhouse style or Antique (1000 - 1900) Industrial style, Rustic style. Let's not forget the different cultures around the world that should be celebrated as well :D. Hope this helps give you some inspiration. Happy Sim Simming!

i would love to have something so i could make a video rental store - whether it's specifically blockbuster themed or just a general thing. i've seen where people have made the blockbuster sign specifically as well as some random decorations like lifesize cutouts of movie characters or posters to go around the store but i have yet to find anyone that has actually made the shelves and all the movies that would go on them. i'm sure it would be somewhat difficult since you would need to use a lot of movies so it wouldn't be repeating in a very obvious way but it would go with your general theme of retail stores and it seems to be something that hasn't been done before or at least isn't available anywhere i can find currently.

Signs, banners, products and grocery carts. Aldi is a good one, but I would be happy with any store. LOL

Create what inspires you. Personally I am a builder so I am more interested in all the cool CC you create for the inside and outside rather than the building itself :D. Grocery store (No one generally wants to stock stuff one by one so maybe some bulk CC items for shelves, or stuff to do a mini mart, Tattoo shop stuff, Mall outlet store stuff, Food courts, Furniture store, Mortuary (Funeral Parlor), Gas Station, Burger joints but not McDonalds, Shoe store, Bath N Beyond, etc Hee Hee. What ever you decide please do what inspires you!

It doesn’t need to work :) deco version of anything would be awesome! It’s a funny show. I’m not sure where you’re located but it’s on Disney+ for me here in Canada :) They also have a cheeseburger landline phone that would be cool deco 😄

I’d LOVE bobs burgers cc— there is none out there. I’ve looked. The ‘Bob’s Burgers’ sign for sure, indoor decor or industrial dishwashers like stuff you’d actually use in a restaurant. I hope other people love Bobs burgers as much as I do and would also use a set like this 😊
