Don't know how I missed this question but it's a great one! I'll be doing a whole video on relative modulations to follow up on this one. That's a good example of a strict relative major/minor shift, a lot of pop and rock songs will have a verse in A minor but choruses in C Major. In more adventurous styles, you often hear relative minor to relative phryian (especially in metal), or relative major to relative Lydian. Check out Boys of Summer by Don Henley- theres a verse, chorus, and bridge, that all have three different modal feels (minor, major, and lydian), yet the key never actually changes- just the tonal center!

This one was worth all the trouble you had to release it, immensely enjoyed that it. And spot on as well. I have been taught that clunky ole 'look up the neighbouring keys on the circle of fiths and switch to one of those if you must' concept too (:
