Hello Jake. My question refers to slash chords. If I play a slash chord (inversion) in my right hand on piano, do I have to play that bass note in my left hand? So if a slash chord asks for D in the bass, does that refer to both left and right hands on piano?
HI Jake... I am a new student of yours... thanks for your style of teaching.... you are an amazing person, and respect you dearly. As of late, I have been listening to a lot of Red Hot Chilli Peppers, They are going on tour this year... tickets available now at the Denver Show going for as high as $7,500 a ticket... in some ways, I think it could just as fun playing along w/ their songs at home. Anyway, they got a new song called Black Summer, which seems to be the course of human civilization right now... might want to fiddle along w/ that song today.
