I've seen it mentioned elsewhere, but I know next to nothing about it. Still, my poor answer might be better than none. It is basically what the name implies: a skirmish game set in the T28 universe. So probably along the lines of Kill Team or Necromunda. Its still in development, and I assume in the early stages. That's my impression, at least, so take it with a grain of salt.
