Rather than the Nekoma match being so serious that they had to dedicate for that its own movie, it is more like: โAnime is essentially for boosting manga sales and the series had ended, so there was nothing else to boost + maybe the hype around the show was not as mainstream-ish as before, so they at least decided to go for movie releasesโ + anime movies instead of a new season have started to be a thing lately.

Haikyu is such an amazing work. Going through seasons and every game these boys felt like family rn. And not just karasuno, u always somehow start fall for opposite teams too. Will patiently wait for movie reaction!

ahh the season finale, so many emotions, I wish haikyu!! could just go on forever ๐ญ๐ญ The red haired girl is Yamamoto Toraโs sister! The nekoma member thatโs like besties with Tanaka โบ๏ธ I canโt wait for you to sink your teeth into the movie, I adore it and watched it in cinemas like three times haha. Happy holidays PD!
