Communicate With Confidence
The problem I see is that women expect men to police themselves with regards to being "worthy" of approaching them. They seem happy for a man to approach or compliment a girl if she finds him attractive. However, woe betide the man who oversteps his mark and makes an attempt on a female above his social standing! He should innately know his place!
