Communicate With Confidence
I think it's quite sad, and says a lot about the state of masculinity today, that she states she's never met a man competent enough to lead effectively. I actually agree with a lot of what she says. You can fake confidence, but it's very difficult to fake competence. Therefore competence is a far better gauge by which to assess someone as a worthy partner. Great conversation once again Alex!
