It took me a long time to figure out I had that privilege. It took a lot of unlearning training from growing up in a single mother home and relearning my role as a husband, father, and leader. I’m turning 50 this month and I have it down. Unfortunately I had to sever ties with my toxic mother but it was smooth sailing after that. The lesson here is to be mindful of people that hold you back from reaching your full potential. Beware of wolves in mom’s clothing =)
