Was it a stray dog? Are you sure it didn't leave a mark on your body? Not trying to freak you out but Thailand is not Australia and you should absolutely check with a doctor if this was a proper bite from a stray dog.
Point the camera a little lower for scenery. You were showing us mostly sky.
