People getting together with their best friends ex makes me cringed so hard I could never But I have seen it happen a couple of times In fact, the best friend got married to that ex-girlfriend of the guy And they are still friends to this day It just makes me feel so weird, knowing for a fact that my best friend knows how the squishy inside of my girlfriend feel

I don’t think I could accept people saying my past is my past, and merely shrug it off without context or explanation for the journey that led them here and what makes them now different to then You have to take accountability for your past self and the work done, or your willingness to do work to change
